Orders placed before 9am on a weekday* will be shipped that day, orders placed after 9am will be shipped the next day.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Responsibility for incorrect address is at the customer's expense.
- Full price merchandise can be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed.
- Items should be returned new, unused and with all Imonni garment tags still attached.
- Merchandise returned without tags will not qualify for a refund or exchange and will be returned at the customer's expense.
- Returns must be received within 5 business days of a return form being filled out, otherwise it will not be accepted.
Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged for change of mind or incorrect size chosen.
Postage costs for returns are at the customer's expense.
Refunds will be issued by the same method as to which the item was paid.
Once processed, your financial institution may take 3-5 business days to process the funds back to your account.
Imonni is not held financially responsible for any international packages lost in transit.

Just send your parcel back to us!
Please make sure that your name is clearly labelled on the satchel.
We strongly recommend that you keep a record of your tracking number,
should anything happen during transit.

We aim to deliver the Product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your order.
We aim to deliver within the time indicated by us at the time of your order, but we cannot promise an exact date when you submit your Order or at the Confirmation of Order. We always aim to deliver within 2 working days from the date of any Order which we accept but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates.
You are required to sign for the delivery of your item. You agree to inspect the Product for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for delivery.
You must take care when opening the Product so as not to damage it, particularly when using sharp instruments.
If you have not received your order (7 days after dispatch for express post and 14 days after dispatch for standard post) please raise an enquiry with Australia Post before contacting us. They will provide a quicker answer for your delivery enquiries and it will help speed up any delivery query processes.
