How to Measure Yourself:

Bust – Clothes off and bra on, measure around the fullest part of the bust and under the arms. Ensure the tape is straight and firm across your back.

Waist – In a relaxed position, measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.

Hip – From natural waist, measure 20cm down. This should be the fullest area of the body. Ensure the tape measure is straight and firm around this area.

Height – If you are above 168 cm, you may need to allow for your height by ordering one size up from your determined chart size.
